The above link will help you prepare for a Hurricane.

While many of us live in concrete homes and are fairly safe, you never know if power will be interrupted and for how long.

IF you have Hurricane Shutters or protection, put them up NOW! It is VERY difficult once it starts to rain.

Make sure that you have gas in your grill.
Freeze extra blocks of ice.
Fill containers and even your bath tub with clean water.
Remove all outside decorations, plants in pots and furniture.
